ok guys my micro filter warning came up, red light and it's already on zero. next morning i turned on the car no red light all green checked out service info micro filter back to normal, green light, 1500 miles... no service required? but i have made an appt on nov. 3rd. is this normal? thanks.

 

Well 1st off, I think you might want to go ahead and change both microfilters just to be on the safe side. No real danger if you dont change them but you might start geting a moldy smell from the a/c vents sooner or later. Click on the link below for instructions on how to reset your microfilter setting on the iDrive, just becareful not to reset anything else like the oil, sparkplugs, etc.

happened to me as well a couple of days ago....it seemed odd to me as well.
I guess it is time to change them.
