i was checking the fuel flap actuator on an e39 since that does not lock anymore and i removed the fuse 53 (central locking) and then tried to lock/unlock car to make sure i got the right fuse (while the fuse was out).
the fuse was fine so i put it back in.
now the central locking works fine, locks/unlocks all doors + boot but for some strange reason if you're in the back seats the doors won't open from the handle anymore. they work fine from outside and the front ones work as usual.
worked fine before i touched the fuse 53.
any idea what this could be?
