I found a cheap kit from Metra. Installed in my car. Looks better than the more expensive version I ordered from Germany.

The best way to install a full double din head unit is with the Janus kit. Put down the duct tape and back away from the car, the Janus kit solves the A/C vent modification problem. Another option is to install a touchscreen LCD monitor. Since an LCD monitor is only 1.5" deep the A/C vents are not an issue.

This was what I had in my previous car. Not a double din but a touchscreen connected to a car-pc in a self-made bezel. I used parts of the factory radio and fiberglas to make this bezel. And before you ask, no the buttons didn't work. They only illuminated and were only there to keep an OEM look.
