Right. i did alot of looking around ect on the forum and the info is great. so planned to do my amp install this morning! Oh no.. Things are never that easy. From what i can see nearly everyone has a set of boxes over the rear left arch that is the stock amp for the under seat woofers (Even for the standard speaker systems) .... So... i take off all my covers.. and theres nothing! Not a single box... where am i suppose to take the line out from? I wanted to take the line from the woofers like everyone else has.. heres some pictures to help with what i mean

First two photos are from the left.. and the rest on the right.. whats that little box for as well thats above the battery

Epic it seems you have standard sound where all speakers are wired to the MASK or CCC. No amp.

Only get a BMW amp if you have Hifi, logic 7 or Induvidual Sound

Sorry, makes things a little more difficult but not impossible. Do you have earthquake SWS's?

Ahhh crappy, no just standard under seat woofers mate. Where should i wire up my line out conveter.. to the rear speakers or try run some cables to the under seat one (im sure thats easyer said than done!!)

Also where would i run the remote cable to as well.. things seem to have gotten very confusing..

What ever i decide to do ill photo everything and post on here to help anyone else in the future

Hey epic, i think it would be easier to take the line out from the rear parcel shelf speakers, and im sure theres more electrics around the boot that you could take the remote cable from, i think there may be a fuse box near the battery somewhere. I did this with the hi-fi amp, made it alot easier, but im sure you'l find a way, goodluck mate.

The Std EU set-up has no amp, in the US all cars have the amp. Your only option is going to be taking the feeds from the rear parcel shelf speakers and putting them through a Line convertor.
