Take it to your local Indy, mine charged me less than $100 to update the system.
Ok, I definitely have a CDC. I took it out and see the power. The chords have the black connection on the end. With that being said, first time really venturing into BMW on this, how am I tapping into this? I am splicing my chord into this, or whats the approach? Thanks, visually just trying to see this. 3M (22-18) Wire Taps Red 25 Pcs.

This is what you need to neatly splice into you factory cannon plug for your cd changer.

I have everything working. Audio streams but I can´t get my phone calls to work through the system. Bluetooth streaming audio works though... any thoughts what I might be doing wrong?

Not sure, I did not get the bluetooth adaptor for my Denison 500 because my 545i had factory bluetooth which would NOT stream audio by the way. I left my Dension in the 545 when I traded it in but I think I still have the box with instructions. I will give them a read to see if I can find anything on bluetooth setup.

Not sure if this is going to help. I have a Dension Gateway 500 with BTA1500. When I had my iphone, it paired fine. When I switched to my Android HTC1 M8 I had to pair both the audio and phone functions.

CD6, track 5, press fast forward, that should take you to CD 5, Track 1. Now go to CD 1 track 3 and pair the device as a audio source

As I said with the iphone I didn't have to pair it to both systems but the android I did. Very confusing!

I have the connections in my glove box for a cd changer, so I hooked them all up to my dension, but no power coming from the unit, the usb lead where the green light should be on is off after connecting. I definitely have power to the unit and the fibre optic cable is the right way around ( light to left hand side of the unit) . Still can’t get it to work. Help
