My Ride: '05 545i SMG, 35% Tint, LED Angel Eyes
I looked for them high and low and could not find them made with polyurethane. There are none available for the E60. Not even for the M5 which share the same control arm.

I am planning on doing this in the next few days just as soon as I get the parts in hand. I checked with all the reputable shops in the area and this job is going to cost some $400~440 depending on who you talk to. That's just swapping the bushings. If you want the arms replaced and if you are going to replace with OEM, it'll run $200 per arm for parts + $300 labor ($700 total). Pretty stiff, right? We might be able to set up a meet or something to do this but I am not sure who all will be able to lend a hand.

Hmmm.. After looking at this post on E39 M5 board, I wonder if that part #11 has the same bushing as E39 Powerlex replacement:

Keep in mind before tightening the arm bolt: the suspension must be loaded w/ wheels on the ground loaded w/ body weight.
