Hi,
I'm trying to replace the I-Drive Controller with I-Drive Controller HIGH as I'm upgrading Bus Nav to Pro Nav?
What are the steps to remove, or at least raise the centre console so I can remove the 4 screws attaching the I-Drive HIGH to the underneath of the console?

Hi,
I eventually worked out how to get the timber trim and air-con vents from the rear of the centre console.
I'd like to remove the centre console, but have a couple questions first:
1) How do I release/remove the handbrake gaiter from the console? (I got the handle loose from the h/b shaft)
2) How do I release the black large plug at rear of the console, it's attached to the rear console housing?
3) Do I need to dis-connect the battery when I remove a cable?
4) Does the E60 register an error code when a plug is dis-connected if battery still connected? i.e. gear lever selector plug, rear air-con vents plug
Hope someone can help please?
