very clean install. after reading this I amthimkimg of getting it. what other places did you consider putting it on. To look at the screen you have to look up isn't it? And have you considered other place for the speaker? Is echo a problem?
Thanks
Your feedback will help me makeup my mind
There is no other good place, or you will ruin the design of the dashboard.
Make shure you place the display as close to you as you can on that little panel, I did it on the non-driver side, and its a littile bit harder for me te see the display.
But I think that you are from australia, so this is the right setup for you, for left-hand drivin cars, it should be mirrored

But sinds everything is voice controlled, the display is for show during driving, I press the green button, say the name out loud, then I say Home mobile or office, and he is calling for me.....

Its very easy

Upload some Pics if you are ready with the install....

Justin...I have to say mate..you are a bloody genius

I have been looking for somewhere decent to install the exact same kit and never even dreamed of putting it up there.

I am currently in discussion with Parrot about when they will be releasing their interface to allow steering wheel control in the e60 (they claim to have a module/interface that allows this to work with their 3000 kit and "claim" to have something in the pipeline for the new 3200plus....I wont hold my breath)

Anyway...thanks again for the great idea
