need help removing passenger cup holder

Can anyone help? I am trying to replace the passenger cup holder. How can I remove this??

It's two screws. Open up the cup holder, remove the tape hiding the Torx screws, pull out and replace. I thing the screws are size 20 Torx. I had to do the same replacement last month.
