Smile Need Help please.. Does not start

I have 2004 530i, here's the situation:

I had P0171/74 System too lean (bank 1/2), but I didn't fix it because I couldn't find time. After a while, the idle on stop (car not moving and engine on) had been rough. Couple months later, my engine was kind of hard start, and it seems like the battery was not giving enough juice to start. Of course, I ignored it again (stupid of me). Then one day, my car did not start at all. When im turning to key on, the engine wont even turn-over, and all i hear is a click. By the way, battery is good

So I troubleshoot with OBD code reader, then it says P0303 Cylinder #3 misfire (P0171/74 still there as well). So I assumed that it was the Ignition coil. Then I tried to replace the iginition coil, but still the same result; all i hear is click when im trying to start the engine.

so the question now, what else could be the problem... Thank you very much, any help is appreciated.

ps.

I already changed the spark plugs couple months before it didnt start.

A bad ignition coil is not going to keep the starter from turning the engine. The problem is in the starting circuit, either the starter or the battery. But it sounds like a classic battery problem. How do you know the battery is good?

Fuel, air, spark. A bad spark plug is not going to stop car from starting neither will a coil.
I highly doubt your air filter is so clogged that no air can get through.
Now Fuel, this is a good question. The lean banks are not really too much of an issue and would not cause car to NOT start and even if so you would still hear it trying to turn.
If you jump the car, does it start? If so then replace the battery. A standard H8 is not really much. I got mine at walmart 3 or 4 yrs ago for like $75 or so.
Other thing could be the starter.
I highly doubt your lean bank error/s are of any relevance to this situation, so don't worry. Simple problem, simple fix.

Thanks for the replies. I really appreciate it.

I tried to jump it but nothing happened. Also the tow truck tried it as well and no crank at all.

So should I check the voltage output at the starter?
