545imike . . . get with EAUTOHAUS. I bought their software and was recoding my new CCC and they supported me when I was stuck with the same problem. They had to remotely get on line with me to fix it but they did.

Actually I'm just waiting for some funds to clear then I'll be purchasing the BM Techinc cable. Heard nothing but good reviews and they have really good support as well. Also cheaper
