My DIY 5 min fog light install...

Hi, I will be doing this one with the PIAA ION CRYSTAL (Yellow) Bulbs, They show 2 choices for the fogs, both are 55 watt bulbs but one has a (13516) 110 watt output and the other (13555) an 85 watt output. Both appear the same color, but one has more light.. Can anyone confirm if either would work or cause a problem (too much heat???, etc.). Note both are the single bulb part numbers.

Can you help? I have a 535d and I need to get the whole front fog light assembly out of the spoiler so I can dry out the lenses having driven through some of the recent floods in UK. Can I do this from the front or is my only option to access it from the back via the wheel arch liner?

1. What bulbs did you use exactly? Did they give you issues with the OBC? I have an 2005 545i E60 and do not want for this to be an issue. I am looking at getting PIAA Xtreme Light Plus Part # 19616. Here's the link: http://www.shopatron.com/product/par...er=19616/353.0

This DIY was great! One note however, if the car in question has headlight washers, it is a bit more difficult to swap out the bulb on the driver's side. All in all though, it was easy, straightforward and well explained by all of the pictures. Thanks again!

I just changed my foggies with AIB Xenon-Matched - what a difference! For the pre-LCI series, 9006 bulbs are standard - the same bulb as many US main headlight (and even the E36 Beemer headlight).
