thanks DD, hope you can find the instructions. I've been looking for an answer to this for some time now. Only way I've found so far is one guy who had the dealer take it out while the car was in for some service.

Calling Dr. D! Have you had a chance to look on the TIS disc to see if it had any information on removing the phone box?
