How to install aftermarket audio

Hi again....!
About radio antenna...
Is it possible to disconnect radio antenna from OEM radio and
connect it to my aftermarket radio ?
In E39 it was suited....antenna amplifier was near of rear window.
Is that Ant-amp still here ...that I can use that antanna in my
aftermarket radio...?
