Fantastic pictures, many thanks.

For Logic 7, from what I can see,
Logic 7 system AND
LOGIC 7 Diagram

All 7 channels must be driven by speaker level inputs.

Given that, it seems that two amps are a must, unless you run some speakers in parallel.

What are your thoughts?

Thanks

hello

i dont want to make a new thread and ask here, because my problemm is with adding aftermarket sub.
so story is that i replace front speakers and add tweeter. also into rear i replace speaker and add a tweeter.
i also want to add aftermarket amp, which is MRX-V60. so this is remote sensing amp, so basically it should turn on when he get signal from speakers, but when i connect every thing it turns on even if head unit is off.
could You help why is that.
Car is BMW E61 2004 standart stereo system without amp.
so it consist of 6 speakers: front with parallel conected underseat sub and rears. no amp, and it looks like there was no prewired for that also.

so i wire from head unit to rear compartment speaker inputs for amp, and then back to front speakers
rear speakers i took into rear trunk area. now system consist of front and rear DLS K4, but in front are different tweeters, and alpine MRX-V60 5channel AMP.

appreciate for any help.
Thanks
Karlis

By the way, I didn't do any cutting or TAPPing into the stock wires. pretty much easier and cleaner set up that i went thru. I dont have to worry about exposed or using black electrical tape to cover the "wound".

Thinking about adding a capacitor, and changing the bulbs to bright white (interrior lighting i.e. trunk, dome lights, side view mirrors, and foot)

Good job by acribb, couldn't have done it with out his posts and DIY info. Great job. I'm ready to answer any questions just PM me or post here.

how did you get the signal for the rca's to the amp. i have a kicker 650.1 powering a 10 w7 in a H.O. box
