Help Navi sound

My Ride: Bmw 525IA 2004 For sale
M3 E30 1990
M5 E39 2000 sold
Hi i retofit my car withe Navi biesnes
and my car dont have the L7 sound.
The CCC is coming fom the same year model 2004
and it have the L7 sound.
My problem is the navi is working but i dont have any saound
from the radio.
PLS help what to do.
