Fish Through The Wire In The Backseat



Fish It Under The Seat



Fish It Under The Door Sills And Panels



Remove The Footwell. Locate And Remove The Screws

Last Screw Is Hidden here so you must YANK the cloth cover off




Removed


Pull footwell cover off. Unplug the speaker and footwell light


This is where u drill the 3/4" hole and push the switch in.

Time To Remove The Center Panels To Get To Cigarette Lighter To Get Positive Signal. ***FOR PRE-LCI, REMOVE SHIFTER CONSOLE AS WELL.





Remove The Two Screws And Pull Cigarette Lighter Out



Unplug Cigarette Lighter


See The Wire? This is the positive. U need to cut a couple foot of wire and connect it there.

Fish The Wire Thru



Connect the wires at the switch


Put the Footwell back


Installed!

dam, you have to take the panel off to get to the cig lighter cant I get the cig from the passenger side?

hey john, if i only want the functionality of the hid reverse w/o the switch, what part do we stop if we dont want to put the switch right now? still trying to understand the whole process... if i dont think i could do it, everybody keep an eye for the hid reverse kit in the classifieds! lol.
