Can someone help me code my stock halogen angel eyes to DRL?
i have a 528i 2008
im located in San Francisco

You can only do this by hard wireing. Search around on the forums, you will find more information and maybe a DIY. Also, maybe contact Nomis, he's out in CA, and can provide you with more detailed information.

It means that you want 12V on parking lights (not 4.3V like usually) in order to install HID ?
