Hi guys, I have an e60 with the M54 engine. I need to replace my VCG because it's leaking just a little. Wondering if there is anything else I should replace while I have the thing torn apart. I've been meaning to get to the cooling system as well so should I just add that to the list and do it all in one shot? I'm ok with a wrench but far from a pro. Thanks!

VCG=Valve Cover Gasket.
You might as well replace the gaskets for the oil filter housing and heat exchanger. I had mine replaced by the shop a few months ago. Be careful with the torque on the new bolts and Valvetronic.
Good luck!
