What about the back plates, how do i align those, so that the temp and cruise indicator are aligned properly? Or do these fit on, one direction only?

I have brought the LED-s (the price was around 5-6 USD for 10pcs. :-)).
About the needle, does it have a separate LED, if so, why not change it too to red and no painting needed?
If these can not be changed, what is the best way to colour the needles:
1. on the current white paint with marker
2. scrape off the white and then marker
3. use a red tape instead of marker

+1. Don't touch the back (with white material). Just use a marker on the front (I used red).
