Does anyone of you guys know how to change the I drive knob and also does the M5 knob fits all the e60's ??

Pull the stock knob up. The M5 knob will fit just fine.

Not quite -

The iDrive knob comes off easily and is less likely to give you a bruised forehead than when changing the gear knob
