Great customer service, they really stand behind their products. I have ordered slotted rotors, brake pads, gaskets, euro reflectors, detailing products, etc. It has been over a year of buying them products. Last few weeks I ordered the valve cover gasket, the shipped part was for a N54 version versus my N52. I called them back and they are shipping the right part at no cost neither I have to return the wrong part. Reliable 100%
I have had good luck with them.

i ordered my pressure bleeder along with some brake fluid from them, no problems. That has been my one and only experience, but it was good. Seems like they've been around for a while.

Idrive says my brake fluid needs to be changed. Can I do this with that pressure bleeder?

I dont like buying any 3rd party parts for my e60. but I went ahead and ordered my Remus Quad from Patrick Dowling at Bav. Auto. and had it professionally installed, and I am real happy with it, (SEE PICTURE BELOW). Also I ordered leather cleaners, preservers and waxes, wheel wax and so far he matches prices and gives me the best prices out there!!
hope this helps!!
