I just installed my phone cradle into my '06 530 (July build) using the great info elseware in the forum. However, when it came to the connect the antenna cable in the trunk I couldn't find the connectors that need to be plugged together. Is it possible that now the cable goes directly to the sharkfin without having to connect the open circuit? Or are the 2 connectors that were available to install a "compensator" somewhere else?

I previously had an '04 and the cradle woundn't power the phone (some sort of TCU programming issue) but the antenna connection did have to be made (so I know what I'm looking for). So now I'm wondering if there's been a wiring change and either the connectors are somewhere else or there's no longer an option of adding a "compensator" as there was in the '04.

thanks.
