I bought the Ultimate Detailing Machine through Autogeek.net, it came with all the pads and "stuff" you need and then I bought the Mequiars 4 step system , pretty much off the shelf stuff but it's working very well for me ......................good luck

Whats up detailing experts. I need your opinion. I'm going to for the first time clean my car. I just purchased a used 2006 525i (jet black). I think its needs a good cleaning and waxing. Can you recommenced some products to use or maybe a starter kit. I was looking into the Zaino starter kit. What you guys think?
All info provided is very good, I just want to add:
Like anything in hobby ask yourself how much you are willing to dedicate both time and money? It's like playing golf, if you just want to try it out, it's silly to sign up with the most expensive country club in Hawaii when a driving range next door is what you ought to try first.

Though you can always buy flex + pads and sell them to me cheap in 3 mo
