"Simoniz Treatment" is this a ripoff???

My 528i will be here soon and I just got this email from CA.
"GOOD AFTERNOON,
HOPE EVERYTHING IS GOING WELL, YOUR VEHICLE SHOULD BE AT OUR STORE ANY DAY NOW.I WILL CALL YOU AS SOON AS THAT HAPPENS. IT TAKES US A DAY TO SCHEDULE STATE INSPECTION'S AND CLEAN THE CAR FOR DELIVERY.
ONE QUESTION I NEED TO ASK YOU, I'AM NOT SURE WE TALKED ABOUT OUR SIMONIZ TREATMENT. FOR 5 YEAR'S INSIDE AND OUT.
IT'S A HARD WAX THAT IS GOOD FOR 5 YEARS AGAINT BIRD DROPPING AND ACID RAIN ETC. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS SHAMEY OFF YOUR CAR AFTER WASHING.
THE LEATHER IS A TREATMENT FOR 5 YEARS AGAINST STAINS SODA COFFEE AND ALL THE NORMAL STAIN'S THAT HAPPEN DURING OWNERSHIP.
SO THE DEALER DISCOUNT'S THE PRODUCT DUE TO WE GET BACK MOST OF OUR CAR'S AFTER 4 OR 5 YEARS. AND THE PAINT AND INT. ARE IN GOOD SHAPE FOR US TO RECONDITION TO SELL
THE PRICE INCLUDING INSIDE AND OUT IS $595 PLUS TAX.
WE LIKE TO DO THE PRODUCT BEFORE DELIVERY SO THE PAINT AND THE INTERIOR IS CLEAN.
MOST CLIENT'S JUST PUT IT ON A CREDIT CARD AND KEEP IT OUT OF THE DEAL, BUT WE CAN ADD IT IF YOU LIKE, NO BIG DEAL.

I am reasonably certain that I don't need the "Simoniz Treatment" but just want to make sure things have not changed in the last five years or so. Is this something I need or should I pass? And yes, every email I have ever gotten from him was in all CAPS

Yes ! Just spend a nice afternoon doing a quick waxing and protecting yourself.... the dealer plans are a total $ grab. You need to spend the time with your car ..... your wife/girlfriend will never understand BUT we will.. !
