Hate brake dust on wheels?
a "Ma Ma"??
Anyway, how about WheelWax? http://www.wheelwax.com/
I've only used it once and I could tell it worked. I just need to keep it up. I think the best solution is to use something like WheelWax and also get aftermarket low-dust brake pads.

I highly recommend the Axis Deluxe low dust pads - http://www.zeckhausen.com/axxis_pads.htm
You will only need to wash your rims for road brake - there is virtually no dust.

2 things that you can do.
1. Change you brake pads to EBC greenstuff. 1000 time better than OEM.

2. Get the Meguiars Hot Rims - 710ml to clean the rims

I have got both of these and they are vert good
