I use one of those soft brushes that have a handle to clean all the surfaces that are grooved and around the rims, them I have a narrower soft brush for the sides of the spokes and inside the wheels, this whole procedure takes about 3-4 minutes per wheel and they are factory new every time .............BUT the big secret is DUSTLESS BRAKE PADS , I learned this from several members here and put them on my 08 when it was delivered and they are fantastic , AXXIS pads are what I use ,but there are others brands ......

I might have to get these pads. I hate cleaning my wheels. Takes forever with the amount of spokes I have.

Keith - Can you tell me who you ordered them from? Who has the best deal out there? Hook a brotha up!

Done. Ordering them right now.

One last question...any squeaking or abnormal issues after they are first installed?

C, I bought mine from member Westcoast M5 , he had an extra set and lives about 2 miles from me , he swears by them , and now so do I , ask Eugene where he got his. He just posted his install of the Axxis pads......ps my brakes on the X5 need to be done (heated warped front rotors) I'm def. putting the Axxis pads on it as well .My wife's 650 wheels are disgusting to keep clean , so it's next

Cheers and congrats on the meet !! PICS ???

So.. I LOVE the 166's I purchased, but MAN OH MAN do those things SUCK TO CLEAN! I spend more time cleaning my rims than the entire exterior of the car. Has anyone found a solid tool that gets in the grooves of those spokes to make cleaning them easier on my knees and fingers?
yea, i spend alot more time cleaning my wheels then i do cleaning my car also...i spend about 2 hours on the wheels..i bought this lil wheel mit from target and it seems to do the trick..
