also, to avoid bugs attracted to your headlights at night, make sure to keep the headlights off when driving after dark.
I use this liquid solution to polish off the buggers after they've splatted. I'll have to check out the name of it and post it later.

My Ride: (USA) 645Ci, Silver Gray, Chateau, Cold Weather PKG, Premium Sound PKG, Sport PKG, Step, NAV [Std Equip in 645], HUD, Satellite (SIRIUS) Radio, Aux Input, Bluetooth enabled using iPhone 3GS w/ adapter cradle - Build date - 01/05, Baby delivered 2/24/05
Use Rejex and wash after every drive or very nearly every drive. I swear we have more bugs per mile/km than anywhere else I have driven. And it's not even love bug season yet.
After seeing what they have done if left on for awhile I refuse to go more than 2 days without cleaning them off.
I tried the go slow routine - just changed the splatter pattern and not the number of kills so back to to the fast lane for me
Without lights at night just eased my pain but did nothing for the front end so stoppped that as well
