anyone know good place to do wheel polish or chrome

My Ride: 2004 545i, silver gray, beige leather with anthracite maple wood, sport package, premium sound, navigation, parking sensor, electric rear sunshade, folding rear seat. 20x8.5 front, 20x10 rear ACE executive wheels.
I am looking for place to have my wheel polish or chrom the wheel lip. Any suggest ?
Also which is better ( chrom or polish ) and what is the different ?

I'm sure there are places in your area, but there's a place called California Metals here in San Diego that does either. I had them do my motorcycle rims in chrome and had no problems at all. Prices were pretty cheap as well.
