I think this may be simpler than you're making it, a newer model year car is available in only 2 weeks??

Wait the 2 weeks and enjoy the hell out of the 2010 E60!!

Today's the day.
I have no idea whether I will go with the 2010 or 2009.
We will see what happens with the dealers.

Best of luck. It all comes down to do you want the $2500 rebate (2009 model) or the new IDrive (2010 model with nav) more.

If price was no object, I'd get the 2010. Since price was an object with me, I went for the 2009.
