All, just looking for a recommendation for a contentious, reasonable tire shop located in the South Bay (CA). Over the past two days my TPMS sensor has indicated that my right rear tire is low. I've had to pump it up almost 10 lbs the past 2 days. I want to get this checked/fixed as soon as possible.

Figures - I took my car into America's Tire on Stevens Creek to get a patch done and lo and behold they took out a nice chunk about the size of a quarter of the clearcoat on the face of the rim and scuffed up a couple areas around the edges. Went there after going to Stevens Creek BMW and discovering I had a nail in the tire and could have it repaired.

ANy thoughts on what I can do to have America's tire make me whole? Should I have them pay to have it repaired? Thoughts...

Also, on my original posting I meant to say "conscientious" not "contentious" - lol....

 

Just an update if anyone is even the slightest bit interested... America's Tire is ordering me a brand new OEM 172 as a replacement. I'm very happy they are doing the right thing considering the circumstances.
