Sounds like you paid him in advance. Big mistake.

For those who claim he should sue, here is a non-rhetorical question (or two or three):

1. How much do you estimate an attorney will charge? $500, $1000, $3000, $6000, etc?
2. How much could he win in court?
3. What would you expect his net profit or loss to be after the suit?
