I take my car to Savage BMW. For me to be able to get a loaner, I have to request it. I havent had any problems getting them from there. But once when I tryed to show up without scheduling, they wouldnt give me one.?
Ive also taken my cars to Crevier BMW. They wouldnt give me a loaner, they got me a rental and made me pay for Daily insurance. I also paid for any excess miles over a 50 a day.. Which IS BULL S%*T....

Where are you taking your?

I've had my 525i for 6 months and so far had to take it for service 2 times. As long as you call in advance (2 weeks recommended) the BMW dealership will provide you with a loaner car. First time I had to drop mine off they gave me E60 530i, second time X3 3.0

Service was excellent! They even had fresh Starbucks and donuts for breakfast!

Well they didn't give me an Enzo Ferrari as I had hoped, but I did get a fully loaded 04 X5 3.0. Heated seats (including rear), Nav, PDC, CWP.

You have furthered my education, skipper. I did not realize they made the X5 with the 3.0 engine. Thanks.

I didn't know either. I never really paid much attention to them. I guess it is the same engine that we have in our E60s. It is the X5 3.0i as the official designation.

I'm using an X3 3.0i now. Seems peppy enough. Scared my wife taking a corner over the weekend. She thought it was going to tip. I didn't feel a thing, though. She likes it, but is disappointed in the storage. For that much money, I do believe I could talk her into an E60. Meanwhile, I am still bragging on how good her '98 Continental looks, know what I mean?

You should have her bring it in for service at the Ferrari dealership.
