same thing on my car I have this bad noise on my engine, everytime that goes in.. its either they lube the steering column or thats normal, so yesterday I sent the SA a youtube video with my noise, call him back and he said that I am right, he is picking up my ar on monday..

It's very cathartic to write a letter like this, but I would not deliver it. You're justifiably angry and it comes through in the tone of what you write. Right or wrong, anyone who gets a message like that is going to be defensive, and less likely to help. Like others have suggested, it's best you discuss these points with the SA first. Offer to stick around, go for a ride along. See what happens before you take it up a notch. 2 cents. GL.
