lease rates on M5 and M6

Just curious if anyone has any updates i know earlier in Jan you could get below 1000 on M5 leases and around 1200 for M6. I wonder if those deals are still around? I'll be up on the 5 series lease soon and was thinking about moving up to these cars.

I was looking at M5s yesterday but didn't see anything under $1295, that's base msrp $85k with no additional options.

I'm out of so cal and i was looking to do minimum down with just the deposit, bank fees, 1st month payment, etc. thinking about 3 year 12k/year. Seems like most of the payments are around the 1200 range though.. perhaps it's better to wait until the end of the year

Swap A Lease BTW, I am in no way affiliated with this site just knew about them when I used to lease vehicles.
