I wouldn't go back there if I were you. That bald guy who fell on his ass while chasing you might probably give your car a "Manager Special" if you leave your car there for anything. There are plenty of dealers around the city. But you choose to go back, I can use a key chain too.
lol... i hear you... im not going back there for nothing..... i live in statenisland now... i just moved.... ill prob go in to NJ

I get my car serviced at Hassel BMW in Freeport. I've only been there twice but they're all nice guys. There's a young tech there, probably late twenties, who is really into the cars so he really puts a lot of effort into everything. Sometimes you get these old geezers who are just there because it pays the bills and they don't put as much care into their work as they used to. (No offense to any geezers on here, don't beat me up ) Never had to pay for a loaner but I have an 08 so everything is included in the service package.

<Troll> How about taking a rented E60 in there for service, just to see what they do to the car? </Troll>

Seems like a communication problem to me. I would at least go talk to the GM. Hear him out, you may be pleasantly surprised. You could always then take your business elsewhere.

I've been checking in here and there but haven't posted lately. The Caddy is on its way out, there's no way I'm keeping it past July when the warranty is up, I'll go broke
