I get my car serviced at Hassel BMW in Freeport. I've only been there twice but they're all nice guys. There's a young tech there, probably late twenties, who is really into the cars so he really puts a lot of effort into everything. Sometimes you get these old geezers who are just there because it pays the bills and they don't put as much care into their work as they used to. (No offense to any geezers on here, don't beat me up 
) Never had to pay for a loaner but I have an 08 so everything is included in the service package.
