I placed the order for my 530i last week. While the pricing wasn't finalized, I was able to select my packages and options. The Sales rep said if would be made in August with a September delivery. I live in Canada, and I was surprised by the number of standard features: heated seats and Xeon lights (not the adaptive ones) to name a couple. I have noticed in some other countries these are extras. I ordered the Sports Package and the CD changer. I couldn't really think of anything else I would want given what's included.

Anyway, I just need to find a buyer for my '99 E39 and I'm all set.

RobBob, Congrats! Did you order Active Steering, or is it standard in Canada?

Active Steering comes with the Sports Package. The Sales rep told me that the car is very impressive in person and he'd be sure to get me out for a ride the moment the dealer units show up. I can hardly wait.

Is the Nav available in Canada yet? That's the only thing holding me back here in the US. I am pissed about that and would love to know why they cannot have that ready on Day 1.
