HELP!! Best service department near NYC??

Got my 2004 E60 back from the service department at BMW of Bayside in Queens, NY last Thursday and they gave me such a load of bullshit. I brought the car in to have the following issues addressed:
- Brakes constantly squeak and squeal (very embrassing when rolling down a crowded street and should not be tolerated on this level car)
- The constant squeaking coming from the body of the car when going over rough roads.
- BOTH cupholders are broken
- Anti-trap malfunction contstantly occurs on passenger-side window
- Wanted iDrive software upgraded to latest version with MP3 capability
- Needed first full service performed
After 2 full days with their service department, I received my E60 with the following results:
- Their "Service Advisor Certified Technician" Alberto told me that they "cleaned a lot of brake dust off of the brakes and that they will always squeak. All E60's have brakes that squeak." He said that is the reason why the car stops so well, because their brake pads are so soft. He stated that they would not squeak again for another 6-months to a year. Needless to say, THEY SQUEALED JUST AS LOUD WITHIN 24-HOURS.
- As far as the constant rattling and squeaking noises coming from the body, they "could not find the bulletin from BMWNA and will order the new modified door seals (which I had to tell them about) when they can locate it.
- BOTH cupholders were never even looked at and are still BROKEN.
- As far as I know, the anti-trap malfunction hasn't reoccurred...YET.
- iDrive definitely received a change in version (I have the radio station and song names back) but no MP3 capability.
- "Full service" was performed. They topped-off my fluids and put air in my tires. WOW, some service.
I need everyone's help because I do not know where to go with my complaints. The service department at BMW of Bayside SUCKS and treated me like SHIT. They tried to play me for a fool and I can not be taken advantage of.
Can anyone recommend a service department that will bring my E60 into compliance with all BMWNA bulletins and actually KNOW what BMWNA is talking about??

I have used Westchester BMW for years and have always been very haapy. You must understand that as a forum member you will have more information about the E60 than any of the SA's at any dealership.
