yes thats certainly a good buy, but the car is NOT a M sport, and i cant really se from here if is a sport eithier, maybe you should call the vendor.

In m opinion that car is super dirt cheap as remember its 2 dollars for every pound (?) here, so in exchange for me its like 11k, which is prob the cheapest E60 ever, but hey its in the US, so cant help.

Good car, might be worth looking into....!

It seems to be a good buy and from the options he listed and the sport seats in the picture it does have the sport package.

Make sure you Carfax it.

not bad, ive read mixed reviews on this dealer and even had a bad personal experience. the car they advertised had incorrect features listed, and they tried to act like it wasnt a big deal. check it out in person, dont buy it sight unseen

It's not an "M Sport" as there is no "M Sport" available in the US. However, the car does have a sport package. I have heard some shaky stories about the '04 as it was the first model year, so make sure you get a history of the car from BMW (in addition to Carfax, BMW can tell you the car's entire service history). Looks really sharp though!

Read it carefully it says:

The following photos are supplied by the manufacturer and do not show the actual vehicle for sale.

Be carefull.

Does it mean that one little photo or all the photos? Just being carefull.

Pictures seem to be those of the real car. If you go to the dealer's web site you see different pictures for different cars and they match cars description.
On the other hand it is the first year of production, out of warranty, very expensive to maintain and/or repair and greatly underpowered car.

All in all - lease a 2008 BMW 528. Decent power, refreshed looks, 4 year no money spent warranty.
