Anyone recommend a good service advisor that's aftermarket friendly in the bay area. I prefer someone from Stevens Creek BMW because I live and work near them. I'm under extended warranty and maintanence, wanted to find someone that isn't going to make a big deal about a few aftermarket parts on my car.

I'm about to take my car in to Stevens Creek to reset my adaptive headlamp warning light and an alignment. My car is heavily modded. I'll let you know what happens. I know that BMW of San Francisco has some SAs that don't even flinch seeing modded cars being taken in for servicing.

I'm just resetting my adaptive headlamp and getting an alignment. I'm not going to have Stevens Creek look into the whine issue.

I was supposed to have an appointment with Kareena tomorrow morning but canceled. There is no way I'm going to pay $560 for an alignment for my car with active steering. Anyway, she was my SA when I went there in March. She's okay.

I found that BMW of Pleasanton is charging $275 for the alignment. That is what I was expecting and am heading there tomorrow. BMW of San Diego charged $250 for an alignment I had done in February.
