European delivery destinations

I'm taking european delivery on june 1st. I have been to munich before, but not the surrounding areas. I am considering going down to salzburg and innsbruck in austria for a few days.

Does anyone have any recommendations on good places to go while in germany with my new car? Yes, I want to see neuschwanstein and other sights, but also want to enjoy the car on some nice roads.

Thanks for any ideas!
