Hi Mari, just watched the video. I guess you never reached the minimum posts to activate the private message function so we never connected.

Will there be any more follow ups to this? I remember I had quite a bit of notes on Mussari and company when I was undergoing this mess, but will have to look for those details. In addition, I suspect some of the information I dug up might be the reason why my case was closed.

Wow, I was browsing this forum and I normally catch the San Diego NBC 11:00PM news--SURPRISE! Mari had a long segment last night and tonight was sort of a summary update. Conclusion: DMV....hard on people, soft on criminals. About the DA, how many more light years do they need to collect evidence? I'm ashamed how our government deal with fraud cases. The DA waits and wait and wait, because they need more evidence and more victims to built their case? Maybe the DA is waiting for the moon, planets and stars to align perfectly to look into this matter.

Unfortunately in most cases--the victims never get a cent compensated.
