I think I've decided to buy out my 04 E60 December 2003 Build at end of lease which is coming up in December. South Bay BMW has offered to extend my warranty for $2750 and maintenance for $1595 up to 100K. I'm almost at 50K (only 40 more miles to go). I think I should atleast do the warranty based on all the high tech computers in the car. I'm thinking about skipping the maintenance as I can pay for brakes, oil, etc. What do you guys think?

I think you should buy both. A brake job alone is over $1K, and $1595 for 50K worth of maintenance knowing something else expensive will need maintenance seems like a good deal.
