i always tip especially if i know iam coming back for future services.
i been tippin my current sa and every complaints i have is well taken care
of.i got a certified 530 and the headlights had some pits form having 40k miles
and i was able to get it replaced free(micro cracks in headlights)i had my steering wheel
redied black cus it was faded,and some other things i cant remember.
