BMW of San Francisco, service team isn't the best out here, but the one near where I live Concord BMW has the best service CSI in the entire nation.
I know! We get customer complaints which results in a bad CSI because we rent out Corollas haha
Corollas! Haha, its funny to see the look on my girlfriend's face when I come in a Corolla. "HUN I traded the car for a corolla. I WANT MY MPGGGG"

nwilliams, I forgot to ask -- are they at least using BMW loaners for the $15? I mean for that kind of money, they could be loaning you a Kia or something. (by the way, I keep having to remember that it's like 12.75 in US dollars...)

BMW loaners !!!! I wish !

Last time they gave me a Hyundai that hadn't been washed for a long time....

I leave them my 2007 530i with m-sport pack/172m wheels etc.... and drive away with a dirty Hyundai !! these guys are really a bunch of
a$$holes !!

BMW of Sterling has outsourced the loaners to Enterprise which has a fleet of 3xxi's. Its first come first served for the BMW's and when they are out, they loan out other cars....for free.

I got my car at Rallye BMW here in NY. They are supposedly one of the largest BMW dealers in the country. One of their value propositions when you buy a car there is that every customer is guaranteed a bimmer when they bring their car in for service. They have 115 bimmers for loaners and are building a new facility here in NY where their service department will have 90 stalls. Yes, 90! They actually have some pix of their new facility online. Place looks like the BMW factory in Germany. If I get a Hyundai when I take my care in for the first time, I'm cracking skulls (Breakfast Club)!
