My experiences with Crevier have been positive so far...then again I've only been there a few times

I'm actually going down there today to pickup and install my chrome grills.

But I do like Creiver BMW's part department. They are very helpful.
I will give them that... long time ago i went to research rotor thickness on E46's and was already miffed at their poor customer service when i was considering Buying my car and also when i attempted to go there for service as they are the closest dealer..............their parts guys were actually the nicest there....
i may have to hit them up to try to get my grubby hands on a M5 front for my incoming 545i........before they're released to the entire US market..haha....

you guys are not going to believe this. get a phone call on friday telling that they will need my car another day or 2 because the programing process keeps crashing. that part is understanable. he tells me my rim is fixed and then asked me what i was going to do about the scratch on the front left rim! They curbed my other rim as well! Am i just having bad luck or are these drivers idiots! went to see it today the rim that has been fixed looks good, bt its not perfect so i demanded a new one. ( Richard told he has to speak with his service manager which was not there ) the other one is not as bad, they are going to fix that one. FIrst one rim then another this SUCKS!

Man.. that's awful.... I would go and speak with their operations manager so you don't get the "uhm... i'll have to ask the XXXX manager" when u're actually getting run around by all the assistant managers..... let him know the situation and it has been in my experience they these top dog guys are more than willing to rectify the situation.. the trick is being able to get them to talk to you......
good luck and keep us posted...

slighty OT, but you may want to post your experience on Dealerrater.com so other customers will be pre-warned!
