2006 CPO 530xi with Navi.. good deal?

My father is about to pull the trigger on an 06 530xi CPO with 38k miles with Navi and winter package.
1) They offered it to us for $33.5k. Does this seem like a good price?
2) The car has all the features we want except the Premium audio system. Can the premium audio system be installed as a dealer-feature or they come out of the factory?
3) I read that these can be configure to use the iPod via an iDrive that will display songs, playlists, etc. Does the dealer need to install this adapter or can I order the adapter and install it myself?
Anything else I should know about the car?

My Ride: 2006 530xi. alpine white, black leather, 6 speed. mtech kit.
I got the same car but with all premium option including the Logic 7 audio, navi, winter packege, M-tech kit, ipod adapter etc for about $33000. same miles. i think the ipod adapter can be instlled at any professional audio shop. its great coz my ipod is all controlled by idrive and the buttons on the steering wheel. premium audio is factory as it uses more speakers too (i believe).
neway, good luck. i don't think the price is a great deal but its fair.

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.

way to high.. if you can get this car for about 26 to 28g`s thats a deal but no more.. the logic 7 radio when its not in the car it really hurts on the re sale of the car
