Do all 2006 E60's have the start/stop button? I can't remember.

Are any options having delayed availability, meaning I should wait beyond an October build?

No, they do not all have it. Starting with September production they all should have the button. What is your dealer telling you regarding available options? I do not know of any options for the 530i that are on hold - maybe SMG?
