my 07 530xi has about 48.5k miles now and I had several questions that I hope any of you could possibly help me out with it. Thanks a lot for your help!!

1). Idrive shows that my rear brake will need to change within 3k miles, and i know the brake is cover under the bmw original maintenance program. Just wondering if dealer will willing to help me change the brake before it hits 50k.

2). I bought the car for about a year now and drove about 10k, however idrive never told me to change any oil. Just wondering if I need to change some oil for the car or dealer should change them for me.

3). I felt a slightly wheel vibration on 50-80 mph, do you guys know what might be the possible cause for this? Btw I did not modify any part of the car.

I hope your dealer will be willing to change your brakes for you before hit 50K.

You can change your oil once a year... its the low mileage annual oil change.

air pressure?

Get them to change rear brakes. When was the last oil change? If you don't know change it! Wheel vibration is from unbalanced tires.....most likely. Have tires balanced!

1. Ask the dealership to inspect the brakes because they are "squeeling". There is a SIB for both the front and rear brakes that instructs the shop techs to replace at least the pads to alleviate the squeeling. My dealer did my front and rear pads, rotors, and sensors with I-drive showing 16,000 miles left on the front and 18,000 on the rear.

2. You are entitled to one oil change per year, regardless of mileage.

3. Balancing/pressure most likely the cause. Check your pressure level and if not, ask the dealer to road test it while you're there. My dealer only charges $22.00 per wheel road force balanced, so its not expensive.

Good luck.
